Full Payments are due within 60 days of the scheduled tournament. If you team is not paid in full within 60 days of the scheduled tournament your team will be moved to the waitlist and if another team is paid, they will be moved into the open slot.
Cancelations prior to 60 days results in a full refund minus $50 processing fee or you have the option for you registration fee to be credited towards a future tournament.
Cancellations Within 60 days of a scheduled tournament will result in no refund.

We do not have online payment capabilities. The only form of payment accepted as of now will be checks.
